Game freezing when I open dungeon invitations

Does this happen to anyone else?
When dungeons start, someone sends me an invite, and I cannot get into my messages menu, as it completely locks up the game.

    It's been like that for months, no idea when they are going to do anything about it

    Yep raised a ticket months ago, it hadn't been fixed, gave up on dungeons so no idea if it's still happening
