Hey Guys,

We're still looking into the cause of the outages last night. We don't want to say "We're sorry, everything is better now", until everything is better. We're working right now to ensure that everything is back up and running as it should be, and that this will not happen again.

That being said, we are very sorry that this happened last night. The team was on it around the clock and through the night last night, and will continue to work on it until we have it solved and fixed.

You posted this in response to my now closed thread of perceived lack of caring anymore by the company after the multiple maintenance shutdowns. There has now been ample time to have the problem identified, fixed and addressed in game, and I'm not even concerned with or asking for compensation, but you don't even take the time to do that anymore. I don't know if it's the netmarble influence now over kabam or if the team has actually just gotten to the point it doesn't matter what we think or feel as a player base anymore. But seriously, when was the last time anything was posted in game to say sorry about emergency shutdowns or the constant influx of bugs into the game?

Just give us anything to help us believe you still care so we have any reason to care.

Their influence on the App Store and gamers has surpassed the need to give constant mantience hand outs. At this point they know they have enough people roped that are feeding their pockets and aren't going anywhere, so why give extra compensation which could result in less unit purchases.

Thank you for finally addressing in game. I wasn't expecting anything in the way of compensation so it was a nice throw in.
