Petrify on doc doom

I used cap iw to put petrify on doc doom.... But doc doom specials were still unblockable. I read that with petrify doc doom 'specials are blockable..... So it is a bug?

Very strange, she hulk’s petrify works but Cap IW doesn’t.

it was bugged on she-hulk, they fixed that, but did not know about capiw at the time
