Cant open crystals in STASH

Hey, ive got lome 2 crystals I cant open kn my STASH, whats goin on over there, nlt enough coffee in the keurig machine er what, hit me back up would ya jeez. Also, i played the same match like 4 times in the symbioids event battle and lately have been having all kinds of issues. Let me know if you guys are out of sugar over there and ill try to stop by....thanks.
