Does anyone else go for months and months without getting a late 2017-2019 hero? I'm a 950k rated player, playing since the beginning of the game's release. I have only 2 champions released in 2018 or later as 5*s (Diablo and Human Torch), making my roster stagnant and boring. I've been contemplating quitting the game for several weeks now because of this. I can only seem to open 2017 or earlier champions and they are very boring to play with now. There are SO many good champs everyone below me has and I don't even have one of them as a 5 or 6 star, which is needed to get through this content now. No Domino, no Corvus, no Ghost, no Captain America IW, no Captain Marvel (movie), no Nick Fury, no Spiderman (Stark Enhanced), no Stealth Suit Spiderman, no Mysterio, no Cull Obsidian, no Havok, no Thing, no Symbiote Supreme, no Warlock, no Sunspot and the list goes on and on. Since the new style of featured 5* crystals has been brought into the game, I have only gotten one featured out of 100 or so featured crystals, and that was Bishop... way back in the beginning. Every single crystal I open is a dupe of a 2015-2017 champion and its frustrating. Just this week, I got from my 2 featured 5*s Carnage and Dormammu. Then Colossus from a basic. Still hate him after his buff. Old and boring. Then I opened my 6*, and it rolled off of Symbiote Supreme to Yellowjacket, which makes my last three 6*s juggs, magneto and YJ. It's getting frustrating on my end as a player who has played since the release of the game and has spent hundreds of dollars and gotten not a single thing in return. I guess I'm just curious if anyone else has the same issue but is somehow finding a way to enjoy the game yet. Thanks for the read and thoughts.

Side note- my current team I literally do every piece of challenging content is Hyperion, AA, Iceman, Blade and Ghost Rider. Don't get me wrong, these are all great champs, but that's been my only questing team for 2 years straight so I can get through content without using revives or potions.

    Pretty much the same here. Been playing since near the start of the game and I have a pretty decent roster (over 1 million PI) but haven’t been able to pull anyone exciting enough to take to rank 5 (or even 4 for that matter) in well over a year. I have almost 6 tier 5 basics and 13 tier 2 alphas, along with quite a few 5* awakening gems ready for someone r4/r5 worthy. Monthly questing is relatively easy, but overly stale. And there’s no chance of me going after LoL or other end game content cause I can’t pull champs that would help with those.

    Yes it’s a huge problem! The odds just keep getting higher and higher every time new champions are added to the crystals. Many of us can never get newer champions from the crystals and continue getting the meme champions over and over again. One of the biggest problems with this casino of a game

    if you want the newer champs your best bet is to save up for the featured 5*s, I know it sucks, but that is the best way, you go from a 6/150 chance to a 1/4 chance of getting one.

    There could multiple premium hero crystals, one for 2014-2016 Champions and one for 2016-2019. Still have large enough pools, but help on who you get.

    Of course I'm sure there is division on what the community thinks about this.

    I am the same way 80% of the time but I have brief lucky streaks every six months or so. I almost got no newer champs for all of 2018 but then had a crazy good December.

    Makes me feel better hearing more horror stories! Lol. I think like @BowTieJohn mentioned, I would honestly pay a slightly higher price in shards for a chance to choose a pool of characters released in their respective years.

    Update as of today, pulled a 5* punisher 2099 from a cavalier crystal (3rd time in the last month and a half) and a 5* Loki from the compensation. Which was between Ghost and Symbiote Supreme. 🤦‍♀️
