Killmonger sp2 bugged

Killmongers sp2 keeps getting blocked after throwing a successful combo followed by the sp2. Timing is perfect on my end, the cpu is able to hit block even after the sp2 was already thrown. Happened about 10 times in a row so it wasn’t just a fluke.

Indestructible is NOT indestructible either. Why would you bleed, burn, be stunned, shocked or suffer any debuff if the initial attack did no damage? That doesn’t make any sense.
