Is that an additional 20 sigs on 5* Vision if he is already duped?

Basically, since I got bad luck with T4cc, and I am always getting T4c skill and need tech, those level up might be nice, and was wondering if getting this offer will add another 20 sigs on my already duped 5* Vision, or is it 1 sig?

    Surprised me but is the full dupe 20 levels. (I had him from previous offer and got today’s offer). I expected him to be just awakened
