How does Glass Cannon interact with DE/LC and Willpower?

All healing is supposed to be based on champs unmodified HP, while DE/LC damage is supposed to be based on modified HP, so would maxing Glass Cannon to reduce HP total allow willpower healing to overtake DE/LC damage?

Nope. I used to have all maxed out and not enough to overtake. On average my champs lost 15-25 ticks of health until DE timed out. After that I was net to +2. And this was with both Salve and recovery maxed too.

Hita @Jay_Ibero, the answer to your questions has a few parts. First, you're correct that Glass Cannon would reduce the damage taken from Liquid Courage and Double-Edge.

Second, the combination of Liquid Courage, Glass Cannon, and Willpower, will result in your Champion gaining health, though it will be a small amount of health gained per tick.

However, Double-Edge ends up dealing a high enough percentage of your health as damage every time it ticks that, even when combined with Willpower and Glass Cannon, it still results in a net loss of health for you.

So, if you have Liquid Courage, Double-Edge, Willpower, and Glass Cannon, you'll be losing health for the duration of Double-Edge, but will then be gaining a small amount of health afterward.

I hope this helps clear things up! Good luck trying out your new Mastery combos!

If only recoil wasn't a requirement, I would try out those masteries in an instant. Ah, one can dream.

Yup. I pretty much got rid of suicides because of recoil. Leaking health is ok but not being able to use specials as well just made me get rid of it.

Here's what I've learned, with suicides your matches are potentially shorter because you deal more damage. So the health you lose you probably could have lost it anyway by taking hits or even blocking. But also being able to use your specials means you are able to deal the extra damage from that rather than regular strikes. So it really depends on how you want to win fights, the modes that are important to you and the champs you use the most. It any event, suicides suck for AW defense unless you have all champs that are immune to either bleed or poison.
