Iceman or Hyperion or others to Rank 4

Hey guys, I finally got to the point where I can level up my first champion to rank 4 (thanks to the monthly rewards)... But I'm not sure who I should rank up first. I have a few people at rank 3 4*, Electro (duped), Cable (duped), Cap America WWII, Green Goblin, Iceman, and Hyperion!! Who would be the best choice to first ranking up to 4?? Thanks in advance for any help!

Hyperion unduped isn't too god in attack, he can't keep his fury stacks long enough, so i went with iceman, the evaders killer
