Dodge,block and parry are not working..

It has been that way for sometime, and nothing has been done about it.
Is one to assume that Kabam doesn't care about player experience?
I'm a fourth year summoner, I know how to use the controls.
Why am I yet to get a response that isn't computer generated?

    This is still taking place. Dodge to block is worthless in the game. I’ll cleanly get the dexterity bonus after my “slide-tap” but the block I’ve intended doesn’t hold.
