Why can AQ DORM block mid special?

I just fought AQ map 4 dorm who is typically very easy... yet he seemed to block midway through every special, every time, against every character I used.

Honestly I'm extremely dissapoited about the gameplay I have experienced this past year. It just gets worse and normal mechanics are so bugged it's unpredictable how to fight properly and timing.

    Same here. And his reg attacks break blocks (No heavy) and his sp1 is all invisible. :(

    Cuz it makes you spend units on revives. Don't want to let your alliance down do you?
