Degeneration Bug

Degeneration is not causing damage when inflicted by Cable and Omega Red. The debuff shows up but does not cause damage.

Testing other champs now.

iOS 13.3, iPad Pro 12.9”

Happening in all modes.

    Well who are you fighting? Because I Just used Cable and Omega Red not even 5 Hours ago in Arena and their Degen was working fine. (I am on Android though so Maybe it's somehow an Apple Only Bug?)

    Cable degen damage scales based on the opponents power. Therefore, it will do little to no damage if the opponent doesn’t have much power

    Cable degen is inverse to opponent power.
    Do full damage if degen is applied when opponent power is zero.
    Damage scales towards zero, more the opponent has power.

    OR degen is based on spores on the opponent at moment degen is inflicted.
    More spores opponent has, more damage his degen will deal.

    Also, OR degen damage is counted when degen is applied based on spores.
    So if you apply degen when opponent has 5 spores, it will do damage based on 5 spores and will not increase with spore count increment.
