Account Retrieval Help

So when I first started playing this game in 2014, I had a different account 20th_Doctor (Big Doctor Who fan back then), but when I deleted the game, I lost the email address for it, but I have been able to access it from my old phone from time to time. However, I recently lost my old phone and with it my old account. My main account has progressed far further, but I miss my first account and want to know how I can get it back, does anyone know what I can do?
