Gifting event rank rewards

Some of my ally members seem to think you have to have 12k points in the ally event to qualify individually for tank rewards, not just the 20k ally requirements, I don’t think it’s true but can someone confirm? It’s worrying me a bit

There is no minimum requirement for gifting event. Solo and alliance.

As long as you have more then 0 points, you qualify.

Ah, I see where they’re getting it from, the warning message that says you don’t qualify for the higher milestones says the same as if you have 0 points in other events, so even though it only counts for milestones the message still says rank

There was definitely a minimum you had to contribute last year to qualify for the alliance rank rewards

If there isn't I think there should be. Ppl shouldn't get the same rewards if they just gift 1 15 unit item compared to their teammates putting up thousands of points.

Isn’t that what the milestone requirements are for? I see your point but it would have to be a low rank reward cutoff for lesser alliances, which would mean in the top tier allys people could still leech

@Lvernon15 Why should it be low for lesser alliances. An alliance starting out a month ago has the same opportunities to earn units as an alliance full of cavalier players. They can purchase units just the same. They can have the same number of members. They can grind arena for units just like everyone else. I just dont think its right for ppl to only make 1 gift getting the same rewards as ppl putting up tens of thousand points

Because new accounts can’t save units like others can, don’t have the rosters to get hundreds of units from arena and won’t be spending

New accounts cant get the gifting badge anyway. Those accounts can still purchase units the same as everyone else. So they could still contribute the same as everyone else. Its their choice if they want to or not.

Should work like any other alliance event. If you put up 50 points in Completion, you get the same rewards as everyone else. Just have to make sure you have SOME points.
  • NeotwismNeotwism Member Posts: 1,803 ★★★★★
@Dylanphile i think I agree with you. If u dont put up enough points to qualify for all the milestones you shouldnt get the rank rewards. Thats how it is for arena points.

Most people putting up low gifting points will be in alliances with low rewards. It's not game breaking if they get them. I can't think of any alliances going hard on gifting that will have slackers they don't kick before rewards drop
