How to gain more Tier 4 CC?

I need just 1 more mutant tier 4 cc to rank 4 archangle (would be my first rank 4).
Is doing the weekly mutant daily quest for tier 4 cc worth the energy?
Is there any way to get tier 4 cc or at least tier 4 cc crystlas?
Any comments would be appreciated!

    I've always heard AQ map 5 and up let's you swim in em.

    Map 5 aq, and no the t4cc quests suck, not worth the energy imo unless you don’t need it elsewhere

    AQ is still a good source for T4cc either from the map crystals or using your glory to buy greater glory crystals. Also the monthly EQ rewards

    100% heroic gives some frag crystals, 100% master gives A TON of frag crystals and 100% UC gives a fully formed, aq map 5 and glory store has a rotating schedule of frags of 1 class a day and also glory crystals, also sometimes the monthly side events like this month the hall of heroes gives frag crystals for heroic and master for the chapter 4 rewards.
