I don't understand why am i not able for the collection of the reward which i have contributed and also i unlocked the rank reward for that one

    since you have changed alliance, you wont get it

    Your best chance, although not an immediate solution, is to contact support; there’s a few factors involved that we may not be aware of that you did/did not achieve.

    Also, not necessary to make a poll if both options are questions that need a similar response.
