Which Champions are worthy of a 5 star Tech Awakening Gem?

So I recently pulled a 5 star AG from a GGC, and got Tech. I'm confused whether I should use it on someone or save it. I just want to know which champions are worthy of Tech Awakening Gems.

    I used one recently on sentinel.

    I’d say starky, star lord, sentinel, ghost and imiw if defense is a big factor.

    Vision if you get him would be #1 priority, just simply due to rarity.
    Then I guess Kang? Idk if Kang comes in 5* though.

    Other good options mentioned above and I'd add darkhawk too.

    Personally I've used tech gems on SL, sentinel, warlock

    Then I pulled stark enhanced and got vision lol. Oh well.

    Used mine on ghost. She is definitely one of those that once awakened, she'll hit harder than a truck.

    i would also add Doc Oc to the list, he really needs his sig. (even lv.1 is enough) and he's a great champ if duped ^_^
