New Alliance War Idea!!!

We recently got news on the new war update that is to happen in MCOC. after looking at the new content I was a bit happy! after all, it would bring a new twist to AW, but after thinking about it for a while my happiness kinda faded away... the reason for this is because it is still the same concept. Or in other words, it is still the same Snickers bar just a different size...
I then started thinking of ways to add a new fresh idea to the contest and I came up with the idea that you will see the attached PDF.
I believe this new idea will bring more competition as well as a greater degree of strategy to AW (since it will be real time bg vs bg)! It has variables that give it a feel for real war in my opinion. Please give me feedback on what you think! Also, it is a rough draft so don't go all out on me if you don't like it.

Zeke_the_xbot, im sorry that was a misunderstanding from my part. It wouldn't be PvP as in I am able to fight you in the match. I was referring more to both ally's being able to move and see each other moves on the same AW map. Hopefully that makes sense.
GroundedWisdom, I've seen the base button on the ally page, but I never new what it was. Is it really similar to my idea?

Also, a smoother and stable gameplay would help out, but it wouldn't have to be impeccable. MCOC AW already shows the capacity to run real time AW in the aspect of updating what the war map looks like in real time.
Take current war for example; when you move in AW, the enemy base is constantly being updated in real time to reflect where each player is at and what nodes have been taken down.
