the cruelty mastery increases crit damage by a certain number not by percentage
now when this mastery came that was a long time ago
so does it have any value to increase it to 5/5 in cruelty considering someone uses 5stars and 6stars now

    There’s a vid out there that shows virtually no difference between 4 and 5 points in precision and cruelty. Use the points elsewhere, I dropped them to 4 months ago and have noticed no difference

    6 star captain movie marvel and 1 star scarlet witch... Pretty sure it still helps even though it's not a percentage
