Capiw petrify not working

Capiw petrify is not working to reduce or block regen at all. In fact it isn't even showing up at all. My cap is sig 200. Anything anyone know about this bug?

    Did you have a tech champ on your team? Were there any nodes on the enemy that mess with ability accuracy?

    He still isn't reducing power gain 😔

    yeah there are no petrify debuffs on voodoo. Need tech champ for it to work. Power gain issue is still happending

    Might have been just a glitch or they fixed him but he is working for the petrify now. Haven't tried the power gain problem yet.
