Special attack restoring Life, not always

Hello there and thank you for your time.
Special attacks restoring Life don't work on a K.O. one, that's very unfair.
My Special 1 with Diablo and Special 3 with Warlock (infections added of course) don't get the promised life if they kill the opponent. I'm extremely disappointed. Any way to get justice?

    This has always been the case. I think the restoring life technically happens a split second after the hit and once KO recorded, fight is over so no regen.

    they should fix it, it's absolutely unfair. Can you suggest any way to bring the bug to the kabam directly? No rule denies the life restore.

    There is nothing to fix because it is not a bug. The moment the last hp is taken, everything is frozen. The fight is over. So hp is not then restored. This is how it has always been.
