Trading tier 4 cats for tier 5 fragments

Why want they let us trade T4 cats for T5 fragments? I suggest 1 T4 cat for 1500 or 2000 T5 fragments

    If they do let us sell them I guarantee it wont be that much maybe 1 to 200 fragments.

    If you sell a t4 basic you get 200 t5 basic shards. There is zero chance they'd give us 1500 to 2000 frags. People have a lot of t4cc unopened, they aren't going to release the flood gates on T5cc.
