  We need a lot more information about this to know exactly what's going on. Can you tell us what abilities? Where? How often? What fights?

  Namor’s ability info says he gains 6% when triggering specials, however when i use his specials, he is only gaining about 1-2% regen. Darkhawk’s ability info says he regens when he switches modes and yet when i trigger his special 2 no regen occurs and he is switching to stealth mode in that scenario.

  Namor's is Regen 6% of Missing Health, so not 6% of his Full Health.
  Then with Darkhawk, he only Regens when you are Switching from one Mode to Another.

  @LibertyPrimeV1 is correct.
  
  With Namor, you'll only get the full 6% health when you're missing nearly 100% of your health. If you're at 50% health, you'll only regain 3% of your missing health. It's not maximum health, it's missing health.
  
  Unless he's got a synergy, Darkhawk won't start in a mode. If you get knocked down, you'll enter shield mode. If shield mode is active and you launch an L2, you'll switch from one mode to another and the regen will trigger. If you're not in a mode when you switch to another, you won't get regen.
