Elsa is not shrugging off non damaging debuffs as her description states that she should. I used her on encroaching stun and does not shrug off the stun. She also does not shrug off the weakness debuffs in some if act 6.

    Hey there, would you be able to know the information requested in the forum bug report template, including what mode/quest this occurred in, who you were fighting, and what other nodes were active for the fight?

    Thanks for the video clip and info! It is very helpful and I think i can explain what's going on here. Elsa's ability is that, while suffering from a Non-Damaging Debuff, she has a 100% chance to Purify 1 of any Debuff every 2.60 seconds. Since the Stun from Enroaching Stun is shorter than 2.6 seconds, it isn't actually on her for long enough to activate her ability and be Purified.

    In regards to the Weakness Debuffs in Act 6, do you happen to remember how long they lasted in those fights, what other nodes were active, or who you were fighting at the time?

    That is very confusing. I read it as she shrugs off a debuff and can’t do it again for 2.6 seconds.

    You’re saying it takes 2.6 seconds to shrug off the debuff.

    Actually I’ve tested dueling against Elsa (Raphyz) and Kabam Zibiit appears to be correct that she will only purify a non damaging debuff after it has been on her for 2.6 seconds. This is not how her bio reads, so maybe if that’s really intended, Kabam could update her wording to reflect the reality.
