Is better to spend the 5 star fragments for my first 5* hero for normal way (10k units) or use it for featured hero (12,5k)?
I'm trying to find out for powerful hero as possible.

That was my first ever featured 5*.
OP go for the basics. When you have a good roster from basics eg 40-60 5* you can start trying for featured. I got my best champs (Corvus, Fury, Blade, Stark, CMM, Quake, Aegon etc) from basics. The only really good 5* champs I've gotten from featured have been Cull (back thenhe was ok lol), Warlock & Doom.
Here's a how to:
1) Count the amount of champs you want from basic pool and divide it by the amount of champions in basic pool. If you multiply this number by 100, you get how probable it is to pull your desired champion. Example: you want 25 champs outta 160 in basic pool. The math is (25/160)*100=15,625% chance of obtaining what you want.
2) do the same with featured crystal. Don't forget it costs more, so you have to calculate it accordingly. Example: you want 8 champions from featured pool, that contains 24 champions. That is (8/24)*100=33,3% probability of obtaining what you want, BUT featured crystals are more expensive, so you have to take the 33,3%, divide it by 15 (because featured costs 15k shards) and then multiply by 10 (because basic crystal costs 10k shards.
So in the cases I listed:
Basic: 15,6% chance of getting what you want
Featured: 22,2% chance of getting what you want, relative to difference in costs of the two crystals
