10.4 prestige need AQ focus alliance

I have 10.4 prestige, have at least completion of all game content to include Abyss and looking for a mellow alliance.
I want something AQ focused, preferably top 200 but might be okay with a top 500 based on donations.
I'm not a big fan of wars, so a deal breaker for me is any alliance that is high strung on wars or is pushing (pushing just never ends for more than few days). I prefer an alliance around Gold 1 or 2, nothing better and NOT interested in Platinum for now.
