Alliance plat 3 aw, 655 x3 and 555 x2 alliance looking for solid member

Hello,
as title of thread says, we are looking for one solid member for our ally Nex Level [NEXLV]. What else Ya need to know:
- we are fighting hard to reach platinum 2, our current aw tier is 3 which means nodes are very challenging;
- therefore Ya need to buy 1-2 level 4 alliance potion every day to be prepared for next season
;
- we have battlegroups assigned and during season, every battlegroup's commander is assigning specific paths that fit members;
- we are properly balancing between our outgame and ingame activities; however once player is online, there is need to spending energy in aq. Other members should not have double work due to one's lack of activity (unless emergency or player let us know that may not be active as usual);
- we are cummunicating via line app. Before actions it is highly recommended to check line where we are discussing strategy; communication is one of the most important part!;
- last but not least - Ya need to have good roster. Ofc best players can handling things with 4*, but we need to maximise chances to get full attack bonus, and not to spend items in alliance quests.
