Tier 3 class catalists giving no rewards [Not A Bug]

Did kabam change the return on the tier 3 class catalists quest , for the past 18 runs I did on tier 3 class catalists quest I have had only one tier 3 class cat , A,d that was only because I played science quest more then ten times.. This is making iT impossible for me to upgrade anything.. I know Some luck is involved in this , but this is getting ridiculous . i spend more then 160 units on these quest and mostly got rewards giving me 100 shards.. mening I would need to run the arena 28 times to get A single cat.. what I did however get more then I liked was a pop-up saying I can buy these cats at A rate of 2 pieces for 400 units.. considering I have done science , skill , mutant arena this would come,to,1200 units for Six tier 3 class cats.. isn't this A bit to much

    Click the quest and look at the rewards. 100% exploration does not give a full catalyst. If you need one in a hurry, it's tough.

    That i am award of but 100 shards !!!!!!!! 28 runs for A full tier 3 clas cat !!!!!

    I know this doesn't solve the quest problem but if you start hitting all the milestones in the 22Hr solo events you'll never have to run that T3CC quest again. I'm not bragging but I haven't run that quest in months. The last two milestones will give you 10 T3CC shard crystals which you can horde until you need them.

    I have more problems getting t2s though. A while a go I used to run the t3 just to farm and sell them, not possible now

    This was different before. We use to get fully formed 2 t3cc .. this has started happening only in the last month or so. @Kabam Miike we need an answer whether we are making this up or you guys have actually nerfed the rewards. Please respond

    Guaranteed fully formed T3CC were never part of the rewards for these quests. Even before shards existed. It was awful.
