Poblems and bugs in latest quest

First of all , the gold we are getting from heroic is extremely low , secondly ,I used to get atleast 1 or 2 revives from the last chapter of heroic but now I haven't got 1 , thirdly there are bugs in champion , kingpin is getting unstoppable at anytime .As you all can see from screenshot , he have unstoppable even before activating l2 and sometimes he even gets that at start of the fight . Please reaspond with appropriate solution.
