If I had to fight this combination, I think my best bet would be to go in with Mephisto, with Morningstar, Hela, Ghost Rider, and Symbiote Supreme for synergies. Try to keep him imprisoned for as long as possible while trying to get as much incineration in as possible.
I don't have a high tier Doom, but I would imagine he might also be able to do this fight if played perfectly.
Venom: Take the 4.3.6 venom, buff it up to sig 200 maxed 6 star Special 2 bias enhanced sp2 Unblockable specials enhanced bleed parry aegis heavy stun immune

Slightly easier/harder depending on the way you view it: Havok: 6 star R4/55 sig 200 Iso infused 300% Special 3 bias 500% power gain every hit you make on havok places a shock, doing 10 damage over 10 seconds(havok players will know how OP this is) Comment how you feel about these fights, best counters etc..
