4 star awakening gem doubt

Hello MCOC family!

I'm new to the forum here, but even though I've read a few different opinions, I'm still in need of some guidance.

I'm having doubts with the awakening of a few 4 star champs, and I'm between maxed Venom, r4 Venom the Duck or r4 Starlord.

What would you recommend?

Any more information needed, let me know!

    Not venom, not venom the duck. Voodoo and starlord are way better choices.

    What do you need - raw damage, or utility? Star Lord has raw damage, if you can maintain your combo; Dr Voodoo has amazing utility - regens at the start of every fight, DOT damage with L1, Power Control with L2.

    I'd vote Dr Voodoo

    Voodoo without question. He becomes a total path clearer with the regen. I use the SP1 on everyone and switch to SP2 if they are poison immune. I almost always do even combos unless I need the SP2 immediate drain on the odd combo. My 4* duped 5/50 DV is my most used in everything. He's especially fun against the stacked Venom in Act 4.

    Venom nor Venom the Duck Need their Sig Ability, just a Nice To Have, meanwhile Dr Voodoo and Star Lord basically Require their Sig Ability to do anything efficiently.

    My suggestion would depend on how many Sig Stones you have for them, Star Lord you want Maxed for the Maximum Amount of Damage during Ramp Uo while if I remember correctly you only need around 50 Levels or so for Dr Voodoo.

    At the stage in the game where you need your 4*s, I'd say Voodoo. He has Power Control, Regen, Poison, all-round useful. Later on, I'd suggest getting to know Venom the Duck's mechanics but for now, I'd suggest Voodoo.

    I would say awaken SL. Dr. Voodoo is great and all, but he's not the best champ out there. He does get the utility but SL is so easy to use and just kill the champs, even those with high health.
