Will the recent virus outbreak halt any new content for MCOC?

I'm just thinking. Will MCOC still be delivering content despite the world facing a massive outbreak and people being told to stay at home and avoid gatherings?

It would be good to get some sort of info from Kabam in regards to it. Likelihood is that it will be ok and the game will carry on as normal, its also a good time if having to stay at home to clear some content people have been putting off

They may be able to work remotely so that work keeps going. It is mostly software development and test.

EA Sports has closed its doors to employees. Everyone is working from home. Kabam may do the same.

Yea, it's a good question man. Lots of countries and their governments urging employers and employees to work from home to prevent any future transmission of the virus as a safety measure. Wonder how it'll affect Kabam and their monthly content release schedule.

Considering it’s a tech company people would probably just take their work computers home and proceed as usual, just with more Skype and less face to face

Canadian PM himself is quarantined and his wife is tested positive. And WHO declared it a pandemic. Not to be taken lightly peeps.

Pandemic only refers to the geographical spread of it not the lethality of it.
It has a kill rate of like 0.2% for people under the age of like 50
Currently they are testing at least 7 medications
And their are almost 1000 medical papers be shared and left as open access to try and make a vaccine. Australia already is working on at least 1 attempt towards a vaccine.

It took the medical community 1-2 years to get to this point with SARS. So we are a lot closer to finding a cure/medication then the media makes you believe.

The media is just trying to cause mass panic and fear because that's what makes them money and gets them views
