Unable to use 2015/16 Rank Up Gem

Could someone let me know why I'm not able to use my 2015/16 gem on Colossus? I tried for OML and same problem came up. The two 3-4 gems shown are non-year based (I have 2 of those and when I click on it, the description is same as that of the Normal Rank up gem, not the year based ). @Kabam Miike

Contact support, they will help you. I was in the same boat with my 2015 tech gem while I also had 2 regular tech gems. Support helped me
