Catalyst quest gone??

As I'm playing MCOC this morning I checked in on my champs that are rank up ready. now I'm missing one more tier 3 basic catalyst to rank up my 4 star ghost. So I go to my daily quest /proving grounds and proving grounds is now gone .... Question is are they fixing it , or is it permanently gone?? P.s. if someone already answered these questions please direct me to it thanks - Carlos_Xantana
