Alliance war not locking are tier 5

in Bugs and Known Issues
The war rating is not locking for tier 5 and higher during offseason. Is this going to be corrected? We normally only run 1 by to practice during offseason dont want our rating affected.

    nice catch! our ally just got into tier 5 as well and was hoping to be locked in for the entire off season for reps. hopefully we can get this locked quickly.
