Quest exploration incomplete

I Fully explored of rocks and rodents (master) quest, but for some reason I’ve a small portion missing on one of the paths in final chapter. This error has caused the quest to say 99% complete. This should not be possible and I can’t claim exploration rewards

    The missing part is between sabertooth and Captain America. This shows that the oath was started and also finished
