I play Corvus a lot in AW and in EQ, but I never really paid too much attention to this.
Does Corvus actually gain a damage increase from his parry-armor-breaks?

    Obviously, during the armor break he will do more damage

    Yes. Try It with 4 or 5 armor Breaks

    His armor breaks are fairly week most champs have base armor greater then the armor reduction so that’s why you usually don’t see damage increase increase unless you have two or more

    No he doesn't and it's even worse against physical resistance nodes. His armor breaks gives a very slight increase. Because Corvus has a True Damage buff, he already ignores armor. His increase in damage comes from getting 4 missions completed which increases his crit rating. His armor breaks don't last long and are hard to stack.

    Only the SP1 gains additional damage if the opponent is armor broken.

    Its more of a utility thing to counter bpcw and red skull,etc.

    yes, but only if your opponent doesn't have physical resistance and if your armor breaks brings the armor value below 0: against OG hulk, for example, placing two armor breaks on him will reduce your damage ^_^ on the other side, if your opponent has a lot of armor up buffs you can do a lot of damage reducing the armor below zero ^_^
