3 to 4 rank up gem (skill)

Got this item from variant quest but I feel disappointed on the list of champs that this gem can be used on.

It seems that the skill champs before 2017 are not attractive any more. Or I may miss some champs who actually are pretty useful.

Could I have some suggestions who I should rank up with this gem?

    I find Crossbones to be really useful for a lot of niche content. If you have him, I'd go with him.

    That or either hawkeye. I'll admit that list of champions is the memiest ever except for those two

    @TheSaith its a 2016 rank up gem...you can’t take blade up with it

    I’ve gotten 2 of them and used them on Hawkeye and Crossbones. Winter soldier is a decent option also.
