Keep getting screen to download extra content

Nearly every other time I go to log in I get a 'begin your journey' screen. It says I need to download half a gig of extra cap for 'optimal gameplay'. Made a post the other day and it was removed immediately. It's frustrating when I go to log in and have to wait 20 minutes for absolutely nothing extra to download over and over and over. Seeing as how data overages are more overpriced than units i can't keep doing this. And I haven't reinstalled because I don't want to go through a 20 minutes tutorial only to log out and log in since there's no log in option immediately after installation which is the dumbest thing ever. Can a mod please tell me what is going on

    So do i. Everytime log in MCOC always require Download data. It's weird. I need solution n already miss MCOC

    I did it once on wifi and it don't do it anymore hope that helps
