Took my key in 5.3.2

I beat an ultron in 5.3.2 after using a tech key too unlock the gate. After I beat him it glitched it out and made it so I had to fight him again, but it locked the gate again and took my key. I finished the quest and still did not receive my key.

    I had the same yesterday, but in 5.3.4, same with a tech key, was your issue solved? I submitted the ticket but still waiting for a response.
