So my alliance has been Number 1 for 9 seasons and 8 in a row and we haven't been able to face the currently number 2 on last season and on this one, how is it possible that number 1 and number 2 won't face on an entire War season? The problem is that they are so low in PI and prestige that the matchmaking is not allowing ANY master alliance to face them so they can easily get a top3 spot and if this keep going the way it is, this low alliance gonna be number 1 this season, and us, the alliance that have been number 1 for about a year won't be able to even try to defeat them because the matchmaking system don't allow us to match them. We have sent several tickets about this issue, do you really think its fair that number 1 and number 2 are not able to fight on an entire season? there is a lot of alliances that has to fight really hard to get master spot because they are constantly facing number 1 due their prestige and pi and there is this low alliance and other's in the master bracket that just faces platinum 2,3,4 alliances and sneak into the top. This is by far unfair for everyone, can we get any information about this? or will this thread be deleted like others in the last days.

If this is true it has to be investigated right away, seems like a bug in matchmaking.
Maybe Kabam should just match top 3-4 ranked alliances only based on their end of season position and not other parameters (ignore prestige, alliance size, war rating)
