Best mutant to rank up for Act 6

My 5* Rogue has gotten me through a lot of content, but as I prepare to continue Act 6, I feel like I need a better mutant option. Who would you rank up? Unduped 6* Havok to rank 2, duped 5* Sunspot to rank 5, or duped high-sig Archangel to rank 5? I'm inclined to go with Havok, but I'm curious if anyone has a compelling argument for the others' utility.

    Archangel can do what he needs to at r4. Personally, Id might rather save the resources for counters for 6.1.2 and 6.1.5.
