Angela or Vision Aarkus?

I need to take one champion up to rank 3 before my t4cc expires. I’m uncollected and about to start 5.3, who would be best for progression?

    Vision Aarkus
    Vision aarkus will counter all evade champs, shut down robots and has good power gain and damage.
    In addition, he will shut down the ultron boss of act 5 after 1 sp2, so he'll make the fight easy.
    It is possible to solo the fight with him if you play well.

    Are both Awakened? I'm partial to Angela mostly due to her Health Regeneration although True Strike Ability allows her to surpass Gamora's Special Attack Damage with more potential with Aptitude Buffs. Well balanced and tough versus most Champions. In my opinion, Angela is the best Cosmic-Class Champion by a wide margin.

    Vision Aarkus is more situational (absolutely shreds all Robots like Sentinel and Superior Iron Man) amongst others but lacks Armor Rating and Maximum Health. Assuming that you are not versus a Champion who has Class Advantage then he makes quick work of most opponents with high rate of Power Gain amongst Armor Break. If you have Mysterio and Namor then Vision pairs well with both and my favorite trio for Incursions too.
