Hello everybody,

to introduce myself briefly.
I am the leader of Alumni Avengers, an 11.7 million alliance.
Since the 12.0 update has done a lot and I would like to address this post directly to Kabam and share my thoughts with you all.

Through the big announcements and the many apparent changes through Kabam, I would like to specifically address a few points that are close to my heart.

To be honest, you have to say that it is slowly but surely boring. Always the same in the same rhythm. Except new champions comes nothing new. The Monthly Events are differently built with different history but still felt the same.
Everything repeats itself .. everything repeats itself .. everything repeats itself .. I love this game and play it for years but we want new content and I've made a few thoughts.


1. Arenas

I'll start right away with my main point. Arenas are no fun! I'm pretty sure I'm here on behalf of many speakers. The splitting of the arenas was a good and important step to reduce the cutoffs.
Nevertheless, i have to say that a lot have to be done here. I'm not talking about better rewards or more milestones. I am missing a new fresh idea, an idea which makes the part in the game (which costs by far the most time) more successful, more exciting and especially tolerable ..
Ideas like alliance arenas should come back on the table! Achieving something together is fun and inspiring.

For me, however, there would be a very different form to how Arenas might be more refreshing and exciting:

Class Arenas with Sectors: (I try to explain it as simple as possible)

The first phase of the arena does not take as usual 3 days but whole 5 days (start Monday). At the beginning, Kabam sets 5 champions as a goal to be played this week.

After 2 days, the first sector (key) ends. You get at the achievement, the only milestone (1.5mio), as a reward PHC splitter, gold, units, duel chips, and a key.

With this one has the possibility to either join the arena around the feature champ (old format with cutoffs / 3 days followed by a rest period of 2 days) or into a class arena.

The second sector (class key) is enabled.
Here you get a milestone with 4 * and 5 * splinter, gold, units and duel chips in 250k steps.
On reaching the last milestone (3.5mio) you get a class-specific key of your choice.
After 3 days, the second sector (class key) ends.

The second phase of the arena begins (start weekend). You can now use the class key in the arena, which you have selected before, and has 2 days to reach the last and only milestone (3mio), which guarantees the desired champion.

My idea behind this is:

Pro for Community
1. No arena cutoffs anymore in the class arena.
2. You can work specifically on a champion and at the end of the week has a champion of his choice from the class arena.
3. Cutoff drops sharply at feature arena
4. Two-day rest period for feature arena instead of just 1 day

Pro for Kabam
1. Happy-players who like to play arena for over a week
2. Your choice of the class champs
3. Feature-Champ in the old format
4. Higher revenues from higher numbers of players in the arenas
5. In the current Arena-Sytem, ​​you have the chance to get 4 champions in 2 weeks, in this system only 2 champions in 2 weeks.
6. So you can extend the Arena over 1 month exactly to the monthly quest with 2 new characters without running other arenas.
7. A change in the arenas many players have waited for.



2. Single matches in the stadium
Do a ranking list for this. Who won the most fights in the month will get a prize. The rest -> rank rewards. SO SIMPLE



3. Alliance quests

Alliance quests urgently need a revision. I am not concerned here with the rewards or the ranks of the alliances. This can stay the same as now.
In my opinion there should be a lot more emphasis on change. An AQ lasts 5 days. In 5 days you can decide which map you would like to play. All this has been the same principle for years.

For example, you could play with the number of members per battlegroup. So far, there are always 10 per battlegroup. The alliance is divided into 3 units.

The alliance could decide whether one (30 members per 5 Champs) two (15 members per 4 Champs) or 3 (old format) is started. There are different sizes of the map for each member number. The fewer battlegroup you choose, the more points you get, as you have to plan more and get to grips with each other.
Clearly many will say this is a very stupid idea. So, for a brief explanation behind the thought.

Let's say an alliance starts with a battlegroup (30 members).
The map is divided into 3 sectors. But with more minibosses, more global nodes but NO linked nodes !! Every member has the possibility to move freely in a sector. There are more enemies and if you fail your alliance mate comes and help.
The miniboss will not be unlocked until all enemies are defeated. Each member has the limit of 10 steps / jumps per sector.

In addition, and for Allianz quests in general, duel chips should be completely removed from the payment !!!
I would like to introduce these as payment in my next point!



4. Bases

Yes I know .. bases coming soon .. but somehow not. How could you design such a base?

I imagine it is a map with 90 free places. Divided into 3 sectors but without minibosses.

- At the beginning, you can select a global node for each sector, with several effects that only work in this sector.
- The boss has a node set by Kabam.
- The player pays 10 000 DC per placed opponent.
- No items allowed.
- You can set your base only once a week.

If a base is now attacked by another alliance:

- The member who placed a champion and caused a def kill. Per kill 2000 DC.
- The base is not 100% explored. 1000 5 * Splitter for every member

If a base is used:

- The member with an off-kill. Per Kill 5000 DC
- The alliance at 100% exploration 3000 5 * splitter for every member (think of it -> you can not heal with for example a global healblock note.. also no one can uses items)



5. Monthly events

Challenges like the Bautista Challenge should be introduced much more often. You have such great ideas. Why don´t you give it away.




6. Legend title

As a last point, I think you should be thinking about what it means to give a player this title. He has done hard content or has had a better mobile phone than others had available. Everyone knows it and you know it ...
It has nothing to do with who has fought better or was faster if you ran through the Monthly Event in the shortest possible time. It has everything to do with the device and that is sad, disappointing and not thought through.

For this there is also a simple solution .. Every month a challenge should be introduced with the difficulty from LOL!! Everyone has 5 Champs. Not your own from your roster, but for example new feature Champs mixed with old. And whoever Masters with the least number of items, should get the title. Because this is not the speed of the device but the skill.
I am very sure that many in this community have always wanted to have a content that is absolutely designed for SKILL.

Here, you can simply combine skill and marketing. Everyone would like to play around a legendary title and at the same time have the opportunity to test new Champs and go for it in the crystals or in the arena ...

    The arena idea is awesome I would love it but kabam doesn't have the know how to implement that I would simply be happy with milestone champs since 4*s are being slowly removed like 3* was when 5 came out. Arenas should never be as high as 3mil for any champ no matter who it is. 5-7mil for any champ is ludicrous. After 1.5mil there isn't anything to look forward to as well. Just the same boring match for 150-290 fights.

    They won't add arena champions as milestone rewards because it-

    Leaves nothing for the little guy (you expect a new guy to be able to make 8mil for a champion)

    And unexpected cutoffs makes people want to go as high as possible burning units = more money

    The feature arena will still stay the same.
    For the little guys their could be a smaller arena with the smaller cutoffs :)

    @JCrash91 the bg/aq idea is kind of confusing but I get the idea of it. Not something I'm to thrilled of. More specialty quests Spider-Man Ming na I like that idea it should already be happening now imo. Bad planning on there part. Would be a good way to hand out 5* shards aka make them more available. Single match arena is an interesting concept. The idea is interesting but I'm not sure how you would scale this it would essentially be another arena in it's self. Bg against or particular for it. Would make crappy featured and basic weeks less boring. Legends run.. featuring I have never gone for one and probably won't I just don't see it like you do but that doesn't mean it necessarily means I hate the idea.
