Who to use the science awaken gem on?

On my alt account, I have a 5/65 Human Torch , a 4/55 Thing and 3/45 Invisible Woman. Also, I have a R2 6* Thing unduped. I am planning/hoping for a science gem from Rift but can't decide who to use it on. Already have a 5/65 CAPIW sig 166. FWIW, have a 4/55 Aegon sig 171 and 4/55 Doom sig 13. Doom is going up to R5 once I get enough T5B. So AOL is a possibility if I can get NF.

So far, I have completed Act 6.1, LOL, Variant 3. Explored Variant 2 and 4.

    I dont think a chance at gaining a persistent charge is worth using a gem

    Void needs stones and you will want to keep chucking stones into Cap IW so I would do HT it will help in abyss and tougher content

    I am thinking of HT too. Just wasn't sure how useful his awaken ability is.

    Awakening quake if you have one science AG would be dumb too, she has no need for her awakening
