Should I awaken my 5 star Doc Ock with a Tech Awakening Gem that I have?

Please explain why. I don't get awakening gems too often but I have realized that some of the other top tech champions don't really need dupes, like Warlock, Ghost, Stark Spidey, and Guilly 2099, and I don't want to have to wait forever for them. What should I do?

    in my opinion keep it. below is a list who really deserve it:
    Spider-man (Stark Enhanced)
    Star-Lord
    Guillotine 2099
    Iron-Man (Infinity War)
    Vision (Both Version)
    Sentinel
    Warlock
    Darkhawk
    Ghost
    Mysterio

    btw i have a tech 5* ag too lol everyone says use it on ghost but im keeping it for starky bcause he is one of my favourite champions in the game

    I would think that Doc Ock is better than at least half of those champs, right? I've seen insane gameplay of him duped. This is a tough decision.
