Looking for a Plat 4 or higher alliance - flexible with AQ 5/4 - low donations

Hey there, as the title says looking for a very solid alliance in war, who care about doing well ( actually do well), experience in tier 5 and on a couple of lanes.
I'd prefer map 4 for AQ but would be willing to join a group that does map 5, as long as the donations are on the lower side.

Currently have both Discord and Line but prefer just one primary source for alliance comms.
