    i'd say that warlock's sig ability is marginally more useful than ht. Cause my style of playing human torch is that i have little reason to activate ht pre-fight ability until i face the final boss therefore ht sig ability of being able to refresh the persistent charge is of little use to me. Warlock however gets an additional source of degen damage from his sig abiltiy which helps to improve the damage he can deal overall.
