Infinite streak for T4BC and T1A?

What's the best combination for these infinite streaks? I just need to hit all the milestones without resetting the 3x multipler.

    I use this one:

    1-10 3s max
    11-13 4s r3
    14-17 5s r4
    18-22 5s r3 and up
    23-up 4s r4 and up

    I just use my 5*s starting at the bottom working my way up, making sure 15 is my max champs then work down. I use power control champs for 13 and 14.
