Good power control plus double immunities. I’d use him, yeah.

I personally wouldn't take him to r4. It's true he has some nice utility, but he hits like a little girl. There are enough better power control Champs out there.

But if we’re talking about the five star (isn’t the four star one rare too?) then not only would it be a good champ at r4, but a rare one.
